History


     The Cottage has been a peaceful retreat for the two sisters for almost a decade.  They both love Julian and would go there each season to enjoy the beautiful scenery, the friendly people, the fresh fragrance of Autumn and the blustery days of Winter, not to mention the riot of rich yellows and golds of daffodils each Spring.  Hoping to get caught in a snow storm and not be able to go back to the stresses of their busy lives for a few days would have been ideal.


     They would bring their families up for special events such as the Tree Lighting ceremony the week after Thanksgiving, with Santa coming to town, the Strolling Carolers, the Bethlehem Pageant, and of course the hot chocolate.  All of this is located within walking distance of the Cottage.


     After one of the sisters moved to Julian last year, they decided to share this special place with others.  They hope guests will receive the joy and pleasure they have been so fortunate to have and that each will return home with wonderful memories, peaceful hearts and a Julian baked apple pie!

Rates and Policies


     Minimum two nights stay at a rate of $180.00 per night

   

     A midweek five nights stay (Sunday-Thursday) is $800.00.

     A full week, seven nights stay is $1,160.00.

     Deposit required - first night stay including tax.

              Hold with credit card or mail deposit.  

                                  

     Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm.

     Cancellations require a 7 day notice or your deposit is forfeited.

     Smoking in limited outside areas only.
